1. Product Overview

ZW32-12F outdoor AC high-voltage vacuum demarcation circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the demarcation circuit breaker) is a new product independently developed by our company. The demarcation circuit breaker integrates the four major switches of vacuum circuit breaker, demarcation circuit breaker and sectionalizer. A multi-functional intelligent device product, the main configuration consists of three parts: the vacuum demarcation circuit breaker body, the MGK16 controller, and the external voltage transformer (note: double-sided PT is optional in the distribution network automation ring network line), with a wide range of products It is used in 10kV urban and rural distribution network overhead ring network lines as sectional isolating switches, contact switches, and automated switching devices that can implement ring network line load allocation. It can be used as demarcation switches in branch lines supplying power to large users (commonly known as Door dog), the feeder overhead distribution network is used as a demarcation circuit breaker segmenter. The vacuum demarcation circuit breaker has remote management mode, protection control function and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect milliamp-level zero-sequence current and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault current within the range, and realize automatic removal of single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short-circuit faults.

2. Functional features

 

Automatically remove single-phase ground faults. When a single-phase ground fault occurs in a user's branch line, the demarcation circuit breaker automatically opens, and users in the substation and other branches on the feeder will not feel the fault. Automatically isolate phase-to-phase short-circuit faults. When a phase-to-phase short-circuit fault occurs in a user's branch line, the demarcation circuit breaker trips before the outgoing line protection switch of the substation and automatically isolates the faulty line without affecting other branch users on the feeder. Quickly locate the fault point. When a user's branch line failure causes the demarcation circuit breaker to protect, only the user is responsible for the power outage. The user will proactively report the fault information, and the power company can quickly send personnel to the scene for investigation; if the demarcation circuit breaker is equipped with a communication module, it will automatically Report the information to the power management center. To monitor user loads, the demarcation circuit breaker can be configured with wired or wireless communication accessories to transmit monitoring data to the power management center to realize remote real-time data monitoring of user loads. With the remote operation function, users can operate the vacuum circuit breaker on and off through mobile phone text messages or computer background.
