Overview

VS1 (ZN63A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated current of 7.2-12 kV. The circuit breaker complies with my country's national standards GB1984-89 "AC High-voltage Circuit Breaker", JB3855-1996 "3.6-40.5KV Indoor AC High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker", DL403-91 "10-35KV Indoor High-voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker Ordering Technical Conditions" and relevant IEC standards, and has reliable interlocking function.

VS1 (ZN63A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be operated frequently and has the ability of multiple breaking and rapid reclosing.

The VS1 (ZN63A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is designed with a front and rear split structure. It can be used as a fixed installation unit or as a separate handcart when equipped with a chassis.

The main features 

High reliability: under rated current, the allowed number of interruptions is up to 20,000 times. Under the rated short-circuit current, the test breaking times are 50 times.

Fully functional: ideal for switching resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads.

Low maintenance, usually only a small amount of cleaning or lubrication of the operating mechanism is required.

A vertical insulating sleeve is used to protect against the effects of various environments. Therefore, the circuit breaker can be applied to various special environmental conditions.

It has a complete product series parameters: its rated current ranges from 630A to 3150A; its rated short-circuit breaking current ranges from 20kA to 50kA.

Technical parameter standards such as rated short-circuit closing current (peak value) and rated dynamic stability current are higher than the current national standards.

All products are mechanically run-in and matured based on the principle of reliability before leaving the factory to ensure product reliability.

The product series has good versatility and is easy for users to maintain and use.

The product complies with current standards such as GB-1984, DL403 and IEC Standard Publication No. 56 and No. 694.

A Ambient air temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -15℃;

b Altitude: ≤100m (if the altitude needs to be increased, the rated insulation level will be increased accordingly);

c Amplitude: earthquake sequence does not exceed 8 degrees;

d The daily average relative humidity of the air is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average is not greater than 90%

e There is no risk of fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion or severe vibration.
