ZW7-40.5 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is used for outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment with AC 50HZ and voltage 40.5KV. Equipped with a spring operating mechanism or electromagnetic 

mechanism, it can remotely control electric opening and closing, or manually store energy on site and manually open and close. The design performance complies with the requirements of the national standard GB1984 "AC Voltage Circuit Breaker". It also meets IEC-60056 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker" and is mainly used for the control and protection of outdoor 35KV power transmission and transformation systems. It can also be used for normal operation and short-circuit protection of urban and rural power grids and industrial and mining enterprises. The overall structure of the product is a porcelain bottle pillar type. The upper porcelain bottle is equipped with a vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, and the lower porcelain bottle is a pillar porcelain bottle. It is suitable for places with frequent operations and has the characteristics of good sealing, anti-aging, high pressure resistance, no combustion, no explosion, long service life, easy installation and maintenance.

Cooperating with the protection box, it can realize complete load protection function, and working with the intelligent controller, it can realize the automation of distribution network.

3. Conditions of use

3.1 Normal usage conditions

a) The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35°C; the minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C.

b) The effect of solar radiation up to 1000W/m2 (noon on a clear day) should be considered.

c) Altitude: no more than 2000m.

D) The surrounding air may be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, steam or salt spray; the pollution level does not exceed Level III in GB/T5582.

e) The wind speed does not exceed 34m/s.

F) Vibrations or ground movements from switchgear and control equipment are negligible.

g) The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6KV. 3.2 If the above normal usage conditions are exceeded, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.
