KYN61-40.5 armored metal-enclosed switchgear is a miniaturized armored metal-enclosed switchgear (switch cabinet for short) developed by our company. This product is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz power systems, used to receive and distribute electric energy, and control, protect and detect circuits. The switch cabinet has two structural forms: armored cabinet and double busbar cabinet. It can be configured with SF6 circuit breaker, VD4-40.5 circuit breaker, and ZN72-40.5 fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker. The secondary circuit is equipped with advanced and reliable control and protection units. The product adopts APG epoxy casting and reliable solid fully insulated busbar technology for full insulation design. It has good electric field distribution measures. It is a miniaturized switchgear with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, easy use, safety and reliability.
According to the requirements of the State Grid, Provincial Grid and user feedback information, a new and improved armored product (1400mm cabinet width). Compared with the original structure product, it has been greatly improved in terms of structural technology, insulation performance and protective measures. Without using insulating partition materials, the air insulation distance can meet the requirements of the power system and solve the problem of 40.5kV armored type The problem of insulation performance degradation of metal-enclosed switchgear after long-term operation. This product has passed the internal arc test, and the internal arc level reaches AFLR 31.5kA, 0.5S, which meets the technical requirements of the State Grid and is suitable for substations of 220kV and above and substations with poor operating environments.

■Conditions of Use
1) Ambient temperature: upper limit +40℃, lower limit -35℃ (storage and transportation allowed at -45℃);
2) Altitude: no more than 1000m (plateau type 3000m);
3) Relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 65%, and the monthly average value is not more than 60% (where it exceeds the limit, dehumidification equipment needs to be added);
4) The earthquake intensity does not exceed level 8;
5) Install in a place with no risk of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosive gas and severe vibration.

● The structure of the cabinet is optimized to ensure that the clear air distance between live parts and the ground is more than 300.
