Since the 1980s, Japan's Enyi Pawa Column Co., Ltd. has been mass-producing sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated switchgear in the medium and high voltage fields, supplying it to power companies and civil 

projects around the world. As the global greenhouse effect intensifies, we are actively researching and developing alternative insulating gases for sulfur hexafluoride gas. After comparing various gases such as 

nitrogen, we selected dry air, which has more stable lightning impulse withstand voltage performance, as the insulation medium. Now we have used this technology to develop 24~72kV dry air insulated switchgear. In addition to its excellent environmental protection characteristics, this switchgear maintains the high reliability, environmental resistance, and small size of the gas insulated switchgear. Since the first machine was put into operation in June 2005, it has been successively promoted and applied in Japan's power systems and public facilities.
