I. Overview
FLN36-12 sulfur hexafluoride load switch is a double-break rotary load switch using SF6 gas as the insulating and arc-extinguishing medium. It is suitable for 10KV power distribution systems. Each switch is permanently sealed after being filled with 0.4bar pressure SF6 gas. The switch can be installed vertically or horizontally. The typical installation method in the ring main unit is to install a steel partition horizontally between the cable room and the busbar room. This installation method isolates the busbars from the cable joints to comply with the most stringent safety requirements for operation and maintenance.As the country continues to deepen the transformation and construction of urban and rural power grids, the demand for load switches, ring main units, small switching stations and box-type substations across the country is also increasing. In view of this, our company began to research, develop and produce a FLN36-12 SF6 load switch with stable performance, high technical parameters, fully insulated, fully sealed and maintenance-free in 2000. On this basis, we designed the current top unit and bottom unit of the SF6 load switch high-voltage module, which are suitable for national conditions in terms of price and can completely replace imported products in terms of performance. Structural features
◆FLN36-12 load switch adopts double-break, rotary movable contacts and has the following three states: closing; opening; grounding.
◆ The load switch uses SF6 as arc extinguishing and insulating medium. The switch is sealed by an upper and lower shell cast by epoxy resin and has good insulation performance.
◆ If arcing occurs inside, there is a structural weak point at the rear of the casing, which will be flushed open. Then the arc vent valve on the cabinet will be flushed open and the overpressure airflow will be directed to the outside of the cabinet, with good safety performance.
◆Each load switch is sealed and maintenance-free for life.
◆ The relative pressure of SF6 gas in the load switch is 0.045Mpa.
◆ The mechanical life of the load switch is 5000 times closing - opening and 2000 times opening - grounding.
