Overview
BZM1 and CM1 series plastic shell circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are one of the new circuit breakers developed by our factory using international advanced design and manufacturing technology. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V, suitable for AC 50Hz, and the rated working voltage is 660V and below. , used for infrequent switching, infrequent motor switching and infrequent starting of the motor in circuits with a rated operating current of up to 1250A. The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit and under-voltage protection devices to protect lines and power equipment from damage.
This circuit breaker product complies with the following standards:
IEC60947-1 and GBT 14048.1 General principles
IEC60947-2 and GB14048.2 low voltage circuit breakers
IEC60947-4 and GB14048.4 contactors and motor starters
IEC60947-5.1 and GBT14048.5 electromechanical control circuit appliances
Usage environment
◆Altitude below 2000m;
◆The ambient medium temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ (+45℃ for marine products) and not lower than -5℃;
◆Can withstand the influence of humid air;
◆Can withstand the influence of salt spray and oil mist;
◆Can tolerate the influence of mold;
◆Can withstand the effects of nuclear radiation;
◆The maximum inclination is 22.5℃;
◆In a medium with no explosion hazard, and where the medium does not contain gas or conductive dust that is sufficient to corrode metal and destroy insulation;
◆In places where there is no rain or snow;
Classification
According to the number of pole levels of the product, it is divided into three levels and four levels. The types of neutral pole (N pole) in level four products are divided into four types;
Type A: The N pole is not equipped with an overcurrent tripping component, and the N pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
Type B: The N pole is not equipped with an overcurrent tripping component, and the N pole is opened and closed together with the other three poles;
Type C: The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent tripping component, and the N pole is opened and closed together with the other three poles;
Type D: The N pole is equipped with an overcurrent tripping component, and the N pole is always connected and does not open or close together with the other three poles;
